14-Day No-Quibble Refund Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase — no questions asked.
If ASI isn’t the right fit, email us your order details and we’ll process a full refund to the original payment method.

Tip: Most issues are solved in minutes. If you hit a snag, we’re happy to help first — your refund window remains open.

After 14 Days

From day 15 onwards, all sales are final. We can’t provide refunds after the 14-day period has expired.
This includes discontinued use, changes to your business, or incompatibility caused by third-party updates.

Licence Deactivation

ASI is a licensed product. If a refund is processed, your licence key will be permanently disabled.
An inactive licence will fully disable the plugin’s functionality. To use ASI again, you’ll need to purchase a new licence.

Heads-up: Deactivating the licence disables the entire plugin, including exports, list health, and reports.

How to Request a Refund

3) We’ll process your refund within 3 business days

4) Funds typically arrive back to your account within 5–10 business days (payment provider dependent)
